StabilityOS treats social determinants of health as a secure infrastructure layer — not a basic directory.
Directories tell you a program exists. Infrastructure guarantees the bed is licensed, the vacancy is real, the care plan travelled with the resident, the funding stream is separated from platform invoices, and every access to a protected record is attributable. NHCRN operates StabilityOS as shared national plumbing for housing and residential care.

Food, transport, utilities, benefits, and legal status are modeled as first-class records with provenance — not directory listings.
Cross-entity coordination
One schema spans providers, hospitals, courts, funders, and families so a single referral survives every handoff.
